Gawas kang Gobernador Jubahib ang ubang 38 pa ka miembro maglakip sa iyang permanente nga representante Provincial Administrator Engr. Josie Jean Rabanoz, Vice Chairman Bise Gobernador Rey T. Uy, mga miembrong Kongresman sa Distrito 1 ug 2, Committee Chair sa SP Budget and Appropriations, FABC President, tanang mayores sa 11 ka LGUs, representante sa Provincial Agriculture & Fisheries Council (FAPC), 10 ka Line Agencies (DILG, DepEd ug uban pa) ug mga NGOs nga aktibong nagalihok dinhi sa probinsya.
“We need to revise some programs, projects and activities in our current AIP aron mahaom ang maong programa sa atong development agenda thrust. I am encouraging all of you to give your full support and productive participation for this meeting of the Provincial Development Council,” padayong pasabot ni Kuya Gob nga gawas sa pagbag-o sa mga miembro sa PDC, tumong sab niini nga ma-aprobahan ug ma-endorso ang 2020-2022 Provincial Development Plan (PDIP), Annual Investment Plan (AIP) sa 2020 ug ang rebisyon sa kasamtangang AIP 2019.
Ang development agenda ni Gobernador Edwin naglangkit sa kasagaran nga pagtawag kaniya ingong “KUYA GOB nga nagkahulugan ug K-Knowledge management, education and sports; U - Universal Health and social services; Y - Yield growth, sustainable agriculture and environment; A - Adequate infrastructure and facilities; G- Greater livelihood and income opportunities; O - Operational peace and development framework; ug ang B- Broad-based economic growth and investments.
