GI-TURN-OVER na sa Japanese Embassy sa Pilipinas ang school bilding nga may upat ka classrooms kagahapon, Martes, Mayo 7, 2019 sa Del Pilar Elementary School (DPES) sa New Corella.

Ang tinukod nga nagkantidad ug halos upat ka milyon lakip ang counterpart sa LGU New Corella nga P1.6 million kumpleto na sa kagamitan ug nabutangan na sab ug bag-ong television gikan ni Gobernador Anthony del Rosario (AGR) nga nahatag niadto pang bulan sa Pebrero 2019.

Katuyoan ni Gob AGR nga tabangan ma-implementar sa Department of Education ang pagpatuman sa Republic Act 10533 o “Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013” nga nag-awhag nga i-aplikar ang Learning Action Cell (LAC) diha sa matag eskwelahan pinaagi sa paggamit ug mga materyales nga makapadali sa pagkat-on sa kabataan ug kasayon alang sa magtutudlo panahon sa klase sama sa television.

“This school Philippine project is a 2016 granted 3.2 million pesos for one-storey four classrooms. We’re very happy to see the completion of project. . . Not only classrooms but also school benches, chairs, teachers’ tables, blackboards and also ceiling fans to realized the proper, a loving environment to the children,” matod ni Mr. Atsushi Kobayashi, Second Secretary sa Economic Affairs sa Japan Embassy.

Kung nganong ang Del Pilar Elementary School sa New Corella ang napili, nakita sa embahada nga ang proyekto kinahanglanon gayod kaayo ilabina niadtong 2016.

“Generally, embassy of Japan receives one hundred proposals throughout the Philippines. Because of limited budget, we have to scan, we have to select which project make to happen. Doing this process, we see the actual necessity, number of beneficiaries, impact and the sustainability and also diplomatic aspect between Philippines and Japan. . The Japanese government started to focus on supporting Mindanao from 2006, that is JICA. This project is education. Education is leading essentials because if children gets good education they can become a very important person in future society. So we see the necessity and importance of this project, so we selected this project,” pasabot ni Kobayashi.     

Tungod sa bag-ong bilding nga adunay upat ka classrooms, miluag ang estudyante-classroom nga ratio sa DPES.

“As of March 2019, ang populasyon sa Del Pilar Elementary School is 575 pupils. One classroom to thirty pupils apil na ni siya. . Ang teacher ratio, one is to thirty pud sa pagkakaron. Tungod niani nga bilding, maka-invite mi ug mga estudyante nga maka-eskwela dinhi sa Del Pilar Elementary School. As of early registration, naa mi increase pero gamay pa jud ang increase sa among enrolment. Karong Brigada Eskwela, Balik-Eskwela, magsuroy mi sa tibuok barangay Del Pilar para mo-invite ug mga bata nga mo-eskuyla dinhi. Unya among i-showcase ning bag-ong bilding nga gihatag sa Japanese government,” matod ni DPES principal Franciso Oñez, Jr.

Sanglit duol na ang tingbukas sa klase, nanawagan si principal Oñez, Jr. nga paeskuylahon gayod ang mga bata alang ra sab sa ilang kaayohan.
