Hatched by PIA Infocen, the idea to harmonize communication on these crucial and pressing advocacies generated generous support of the Provincial Information Communication and Knowledge Management Office (PICKMO) head @Mervin Suaybaguio and 10th Infantry “Agila” Division G-7 Col JAke Obligado who have burned their ideas to put substance into it.

The Indigenous People’s welfare on both BIDA and ELCAC is assured with the presence of Provincial Officer Roger Lumbin.

As education is seen as important mainstream vehicle of both ELCAC and BIDA, the participation of DEPED is crucial (DEPED Div Superintendent Dr. Dee)
