Atubangan ni Gobernador Anthony del Rosario, gipresentar sa TEST Consultancy Incorporated ang master plan alang sa aprubal, Enero 31 didto sa Big 8 Corporate Hotel. Ang maong pagtuon gigastohan sa Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) sa tuyo nga makab-ot ang mapinadayonon pangkalamboan nga mga programa sa turismo sa Davao del Norte. Apil sab ang pag-ila sa kinahanglanong mga imprastruktura aron madani ang mga negosyante sa pagbubo ug puhunan sa probinsya.  

“Our Terms of Reference require that the Provincial Office approve all our submissions. .We had consulted with all the 8 municipalities and 3 cities of Tagum, Panabo and Samal. The final report is an integration of all the comments of each of these municipalities and all the stakeholders’ tourism for the province of Davao del Norte,” matod ni Ms Marilyn Alonzo, presidente sa TEST Consultancy Incorporated atubangan ni Goberndor Anthony del Rosario Enero 31, didto sa Big 8 Corporate Hotel.

Tulo sa gipresentar nga conceptual tourism development plans sa TEST Consultancy maoy mga medium term (4-6 ka tuig) nga naglakip sa Veteran’s Memorial Park (Carmen), Casilac Nature Trail (New Corella) ug Panabo Waterfront Promenade (Panabo). Ang long term (7-9 ka tuig) nga mga proyekto naglakip sa Talikud Island Development (Samal), Cultural Village (Talaingod), Asuncion Riven Haven (Asuncion) ug Green City of the South (Sto. Tomas) samtang upat sab ka LGU ang nalista sa short term(1-3 ka tuig) nga Tagum River Adventure, Outdoor Sanctuary (San Isidro), Traverse Nature and Caving Experience (Kapalong) ug Palayamanan Organic Farm Resort (BE Dujali).  

Gawas sa mga proyekto, gisugyot sab sa TEST Consultancy nga magbutang gayod ug tourism development councils ang matag LGU ug palig-onon sab kini.   

“The challenge here is the implementation. That is why from the very start we made sure that all 11 LGUs of Davao del Norte are 100% behind of this plan. Most of the projects are either medium or long-term. . Importante talaga na meron tayong continuity kahit wala na tayo rito,” matod ni Gob Anthony.

Gihulat pa hinuon ang aprubal sa Local Development Councils sa tanang LGUs hinungdan nga wala pa usab kini gidawat ni Gob Anthony nianang tungora.

“I hope the group can do the presentation per LGU para makuha natin yung support ng Local Development Councils nila and then from there on we can include this in the province as our program sa tourism, . .strengthened the provincial tourism council and support services. I think first step here is the support of the LGU,” pasabot sa gobernador ngadto sa TEST Consultancy team.

Gilaoman nga tunga-tunga sa Pebrero makuha na ang aprubal sa tanang LDCs ug pondo na lang ang pangitaon aron masugdan na ang mga proyekto sa turismo.
