“Among the millions of Filipinos seeking job, you are among the privilege few. Since it’s a privilege on your part, unsa ma’y kailangan? Being in the government is not a right, it is just a privilege given to us by the constitution of our country, by the government, given to us sa katawhang Filipino nga moalagad sa ilaha. Because of that privilege, kinahanglan nato alagaan pinaagi sa pag-observed sa corresponding responsibility attached to the positions. Responsibilidad nato nga we must be a good public servant,” pagpasiugda sa DavNor administrador ngadto sa 64 ka bag-ong na-hire nga mga empleyado.
