Ang dagkong mga proyekto ang nakalinya alang sa Mindanao ilabina sa Rehiyon XI naglakip sa Mindanao Railway nga ang unang hugna sa proyekto magdugtong sa Tagum City-Davao City-Digos sa dili pa matapos ang 2018 samtang ang ikaduhang hugna magdugtong sa Nabunturan, ComVal hangtod Butuan City.
Ang ubang dagkong proyekto sama sa pagdugtong sa Davao City ug Island Garden City of Samal (Davao del Norte) pagbutang ug food processing plant sa Toril, Davao City maoy pipila lang nga gilinya sa RDC XI council ug aprobado sa National Economic Development Authority XI (NEDA).
