Dili bag-o nga mga serbisyo ang ihatod kundili ang naandang buluhaton sa matag departamento sa DavNor Kapitolyo ang ipaduol ngadto sa katawhang Dabaonon.
“Actually ang services nato is kanang services nga gihatag sa mga frontline offices. It’s just a matter of bringing them to the ground, to the locality, dalahon ni siya didto. Ang mahitabo kung unsay regular program sa opisina, mao pod na ang dalahon didto. Advantageous kini nga approach kay ang mga tawo man gud, gustohon man gyod nila nga maka-avail like sa health services pero tungod kay kapos sila sa ilahang pang-transportation,” pasabot sa BEST PEOPLE Festival of Services chairperson Provincial Administrator Samson J. Sanchez.

“One week of festival of services. Unya dunay follow through. Dili man gyod nato mahatag tanan sa kadaghan sa tawo but at least naa ta’y targeted people nga atoang mahatagan. “Number one is period. Tong una is one day. Kani karon is weeklong celebration, a week-long festival of services. Kada adlaw naay services nga i-provide and then pagkahuman ani kung duna pa’y follow-up, follow through nga serbisyo labi na gyod kadtong mag-avail ug health services. Like for example, kung kailangan siyang operahan sa cataract after ma-examine during the festival, idala siya didto sa mag-opera sa DRMC o sa hospital. Paghuman ana i-follow-up siya unsa ang status sa iyang operation. Kung kailangan medicines, i-provide siya ug medicines. Paghuman ana kung naa pa gyo’y serbisyo nga gusto niya i-avail, we can enrol them didto sa livelihood, ma-provide siya ug training. . Mao nang festival of services. Pistahan nila ang gi-offer nga serbisyo sa provincial government nga gihatag sa ilaha,” padayong pasabot sa administrador.
Puli-pulihon paghatod ug serbisyo ang duha ka distrito sa probinsya hangtod makadawat ug serbisyo ang tanang 223 ka barangays nga gitapok pinaagi ug “clustering.” Sugdan kini sa semana sa Pebrero 19-23, 2018.
“We will be implementing about 11 clusters so that all LGUs will be covered, that is for the first wave done in the first semester; continue until such time all barangays will be covered in this Festival of Services. . (clusters) New Corella, then District II Dujali, then we go back to District I Kapalong; next is Carmen, Asuncion, Sto. Tomas, Talaingod, Panabo, San Isidro, IGaCoS and Tagum. Wala gyo’y ma-left out nga LGU. If there are also nearby constituents from other barangays unya moadto sila didto asking for services then they are not being prevented to avail the services,” pasabot ni Ms. Arlene Semblante, department head sa Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office.
Gilaoman nga makahatag gayod ug dakong alibyo ang paghatod sa BEST PEOPLE Festival of Service sa tanang barangays sa Davao del Norte.
